SJM Logistics offers a wide range of services and features. We work closely with customers in order to facilitate their needs. Our customer service representatives (CSR) maintain and control customer’s inventory. Inventory reports are generated from our warehouse computer software system.

We are equipped to transfer various products - from palletized goods to bulk form - to and from tank trucks, dry vans, sea containers, rail box and rail hopper cars. Products include plastic resins, chemicals, various packaging, forest and food products.

In order to carry and move heavy & large rolls of paper we have the necessary heavy duty equipment such as clamps, forklifts and dock plates. Our floors are reinforced to support heavy loads. Our specialty extended forks enable us to better handle oversized pallets.

Some customers find it more convenient & more economical to have us ship or receive their product by rail. Our Summerlea location includes a 700 ft. indoor CN rail siding. Also CN & CP Rail’s Intermodal Centers are only minutes away from both our locations.

We also provide fulfillment services including custom packaging for various products. In addition we provide crossdocking, order picking/packing services and stretch wrapping. Also offered is general labour, forklift operators and clerical staff for special request jobs such as hand bombing, labeling, physical inventories etc.

Security is very important to us and our customers. Both locations are protected by alarm systems. Also, we have 24 hour digitally recorded video surveillance and shipping & receiving areas are fully fenced.

Pest control programs, fire sprinklers, a blow out explosion proof room and heated warehouses are also featured.
